These terms govern your use of Birthday Freebies (the "Service"), operated by Webpal Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Membership is free. You must be at least 16 years old. You agree to give accurate information (including your real date of birth) and to keep your login credentials secure. One person, one account.
2. Deals & offers
Birthday Freebies is a directory of third-party offers. We do not sell any product or gift ourselves and we are not the merchant. All freebies and discount offers are provided by the listed brand and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. We use reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that a deal will be honoured — that is between you and the merchant.
3. Affiliate links
Some deals are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking through. This never changes the price you pay. Affiliate links are labelled "Ad" or "Offer". By using the Service you acknowledge that affiliate cookies may be dropped on your device by the merchant or their affiliate network.
4. Referrals & giveaways
Our monthly referral giveaway is a free promotional draw open to registered UK members aged 16+. Each verified referral of a new member counts as one entry for that calendar month. Winners are drawn at random and contacted by email. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-transferable. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated or automated.
5. Third-party services
The Service is built on and integrated with third-party providers including Lovable, Supabase, Google (for optional sign-in and analytics), email delivery providers and various affiliate networks. Your use of these providers is also subject to their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated data collection or reselling of listings.
- No attempting to break, probe or overload the Service.
- No submitting fake accounts, fake birthdays or misleading referrals.
- No abusive, illegal or harmful content in any submission or message to us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
7. Intellectual property
All site design, copy and branding are © Webpal Limited except where a third-party logo or trademark is displayed with permission of its owner. You may not copy or reuse the site design without written permission.
8. Warranty & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any third-party merchant or affiliate. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email where appropriate.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
